The Bartlett United Methodist Crafts Fair is sponsored by the BUMC Youth Department.

Overview
The BUMC Crafts Fairs are quality shows featuring crafters from all over the south. We have 110 booths all located inside and we ask that all crafts be HANDMADE CRAFTS. The proceeds of the Crafts Fair are used to support our Youth Department in their mission ministry with the Appalachia Service Project, The Youth Choir as they carry their ministry of music to other people and places, and the other Youth Department projects that come up during the year.


Dates and Times
We have two show each year. Our fall show is on the first weekend in November and the Spring show is the fourth weekend in March unless that falls on EASTER weekend. These are two day show that run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday

Location
Our show is located inside the Life Enrichment Center on the North West side of the Bartlett United Methodist Church property at 5676 Stage Road in Bartlett. We utilize the Gym and Game Room located on the ground floor, the Walking Track overlooking the Gym, all of the 2nd floor Classrooms, and the second floor Hallway. Our first floor Pre-School Hallway is available on a SATURDAY ONLY basis.         Get Map 

Cost
Cost for Fall booth spaces are $75 and for Spring booth spaces are $60 which includes the booth space and the use of 2 chairs. 8 foot tables are available for an additional $7.50 each and electricity is available for $5.00 per 500 watts needed.

Booth Sizes
Booth sizes vary based on their location. Gym spaces and classroom spaces are approximately 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide. The track and hallway spaces are approximately 3 feet deep and 20 feet wide. Spaces in the Game Room are irregular but contain approximately 80 square feet of space.

Applications for the Spring Show are normally put in the mail on or before January 15th and the Fall Show applications are mailed on or around September 1st.

Setup Information
Setup begins the Thursday afternoon before each show. Vendors may begin setting up their booths at 2:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. We will provide helpers to assist our vendors carrying their setup equipment and crafts upon request. Vendors who have Saturday Only booths may begin setting up on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. til 9:30 p.m. For vendors desiring early morning setup times, we will open the doors anytime after 6:00 a.m. on Friday or Saturday.

 

 Concessions
Our concession stand is rated among the best in the mid-south offering a limited breakfast menu and a full lunch menu to our crafters and customers. We also include a large bake sale with an extraordinary assortment of dessert items
